About

Emily teaches journalism and English at a small, rural school district in New Mexico. She previously taught high school in St. Louis County and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her experience also includes teaching remedial math, coaching scholar bowl and sponsoring National Honor Society, newspaper, yearbook, and Gay-Straight Alliance. She lives in a small, mid-century house with her husband, cat, and two dogs.
